Solar electric systems can reduce
or eliminate your electric bill. These photovoltaic (PV) systems are environmentally friendly producing electricity from sunlight.
Today's solar modules are very reliable with a warranty of 25 years and a service life greater than 35 years.
How does
it work? Photovoltaic modules (solar panels) capture sunlight and convert them directly into DC power. A power conditioner
then transforms this power into standard AC electricity.
As you produce solar power, electricity will flow through
your house or commercial property for your use. When you produce more electricity than you consume, the excess is fed back
through the electric meter and spins it backwards. The meter is tied to your utility bill, which then reduces the amount you
will owe the utility company. This is called net metering. A sufficiently designed system can displace 100% of your utility
bill.

over 9000 pounds of carbon dioxide which is the equilvalent of taking a car off the road or planting an acre of trees for
every year of operation.
